What it does
The QuickBooks Online integration connects Diesel TMS with your accounting records. It imports the accounting data Diesel needs and exports financial transactions from Diesel to QuickBooks Online.
Automatic export and update jobs keep records in sync, while QuickBooks Online webhooks push changes back into Diesel.
How it works

Connect QuickBooks Online
Go to Account Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks and choose “Connect to QuickBooks” to authorize Diesel.

Import your accounting setup
Diesel imports your chart of accounts, tax codes and rates, items, payment terms, customers, vendors (carriers), and company preferences.

Map your accounts
Configure mappings for A/R, A/P, income, expense, bank, clearing, fee income, and journal debit and credit accounts in settings.

Export financial records
Diesel exports invoices for shipper AR, bills for carrier AP, payments, credit memos, journal entries, driver advances, and attachments.

Keep records current
Auto-export and auto-update jobs synchronize records, and QuickBooks Online webhooks push changes back to Diesel.
